摘要
在传统设施布置模型和SLP方法的基础上,以物流总成本最低和非物流相关关系最大为目标,结合企业的实际设施布置需要,提出带有通道和墙体的设施布置模型,运用改进后的遗传算法对问题进行求解,并进行了实证研究。
Based on the trdditional models and SLP method, it takes both minimization of total logistics Costs and maximization of non-logistics correlationship as object, proposes the model for facility layout with walls and channels. This model takes enterprise' s actual requirements on facility layout into consideration and searches for the solution with improved genetic algorithm. An example proves that the method is effective.
