摘要
目的了解深圳地区呼吸道病毒感染的病原学状况。方法应用间接酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测患者血清中5种病毒(ADV、RSV、PIV、COX、EBV)特异性IgM抗体。结果 389例患者中,检出相关IgM抗体阳性44例,总阳性率为11.3%,其中,混合感染率占36.4%(16/44)。在所有感染中,ADV和RSV阳性率最高,且儿童期是呼吸道病毒感染的高发期。结论 2010年夏季深圳地区呼吸道病毒感染以ADV和RSV为主,混合感染仍是其一大特点。在不同年龄组,因儿童免疫力低,个人卫生意识淡薄,而最易感染。
Objective To investigate the pathogens of respiratory viral infection in Shenzhen area.Methods ELISA was applied to detect the IgM antibody of 5 types of viruses(ADV,RSV,PIV,COX,EBV) in the serum of the patients.Results Among the 389 detected cases,44 cases were detected with positive IgM antibody with a total positive rate of 11.3%,and the rate of mixed infection was 36.4%(16/44).The positive rate of ADV and RSV in all was the highest,and the childhood was the frequent period.Conclusion ADV and RSV were the dominant pathogens of respiratory infection in the summer of 2010 in Shenzhen area,and the mixed infection was the characteristic of respiratory infection.Due to the low immunity and personal health consciousness,the childhood was the most likely to be infected in the different ages.
