摘要
针对我国当前"职业发展与就业指导"课教学存在的认识不到位,保障不健全,教学师资匮乏,教学模式单一,教学管理不规范等困境,从职业发展与就业指导教学的立足点出发,遵循大学生就业可持续发展的教育规律,坚持职业发展与就业指导课全程化、全员化、专业化、信息化的教育理念,在职业发展与就业指导课的教学模式、师资建设、资源建设、教学效果等多个层面加以剖析,探讨改革之策。
The course of "career development and guidance" in our country has been stuck in this dilemma wanting a good knowledge of the changing course itself, fine security, abundant resources, diversified teaching mode, or standardized management. In face of this, the author of this thesis has explored solutions for educational reform of the course from the perspectives such as changes in teaching modules and modes, staff and resource building up and teaching effects. The foot point of this research is built upon the teaching of "career development and guidance", the reform shall cling close to rules of education and the ideas like end-to-end follow up, professional, fully-staffed and informationized career guidance of the course.
