摘要
分析了石灰窑煤气流量检测系统采用节流式流量计测量混合煤气流量存在误差的主要原因,提出采用高精度的基准流量计检测总管煤气流量从而实现对各支管煤气流量进行密度补偿方案。根据该补偿方案,分析并推导出加入基准流量计后混合煤气流量密度及综合补偿算法,以解决现用孔板流量计测量煤气精度低的问题。最后,结合工程应用实例-梅山钢铁冶金石灰窑应用该补偿算法配上必要的软硬件资源实现了煤气流量的在线补偿,简单介绍了补偿算法的实现。
The main reasons of the measurement error for using orifice flow meter to measure the gas flow in limekiln was analyzed.A method of adopting a high-precision flow meter as a basic flow meter was proposed in order to realize the gas-flow compensation in the branch pipes by testing the gas flow in the main pipe.Then,according to the compensation method,the article analyzed and concluded an density-compensation algorithm and comprehensive compensation algorithm of mixed-gas-flow testing in the limekiln,so that the problem of low accuracy of orifice-plate flow meters can be resolved.At last,combined with the engineering application in Meishan Steel Metallurgy Limekiln which adopted this method and coupled with the necessary hardware and software sources to realize the online compensation of gas flow,it explains the realization of the compensation algorithms.
