开展病原体去除技术后核酸检测技术的价值

摘要 欧美等发达国家于20世纪90年代末相继采用核酸扩增技术(nucleic acid amplification technology,NAT:),也称核酸检测技术(nucleic acid testing,NAT)对献血者血液做HIV和HCV检测,部分国家还检测HBV,目的在于缩短检测“窗口期(window period,WP)”,以进一步降低输血传播相关病毒的风险。
