茶渣蛋白的提取、酶解及其作为饲料添加剂的应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 利用碱溶酸沉法从茶渣中提取蛋白,优化了提取工艺,并将茶渣蛋白酶解后作为饲料添加剂添加到猪的基础日粮中。试验结果表明:茶渣蛋白的最佳提取工艺条件为NaOH浓度0.12mol/L、提取温度90℃、提取时间1.5h、液料比30∶1(v/w)、最佳沉淀pH3.5,在此条件下茶渣蛋白的提取率为75.47%;选用风味蛋白酶酶解茶渣蛋白,酶解产物能有效提高猪的生产性能,改善猪的机体免疫能力以及提高胰脏和十二指肠中消化酶的活性。 Protein which had been extracted from tea dregs by alkaline extraction and acidic sedimentation with the technology optimized was hydrolyzed and added to basal diet for pigs as a feed additive. The results of experiments showed that the extraction rate of protein reached as high as 75.47% under the optimal extraction conditions including 0.12 mol/L NaOH, extraction temperature 90℃, extraction time 1.5 h, solid-to-liquid ratio 30∶1(v/w) and sedimentation pH 3.5. Flavorzyme was used to hydrolyze the protein, and the hydrolysate could efficiently increase the pigs’ productivity, improve their immunity and raise the activity of digestive enzymes in their pancreases and duodena.
