摘要
为直观了解回采工作面超前支护段应力分布规律及相邻工作面开采应力分布规律,对巷道的支护方案进行初步支护设计,提出四种支护方案,应用大型有限差分软件FLAC3D对不同方案进行分析,通过对计算结果对比分析,对三种支护方案进行优化,结果表明:工作面倾斜方向的固定支承压力影响范围一般为15~30 m,少数可达到35~40 m,支承压力峰值位置距离煤壁一般为15~20 m,应力增高系数为2~3,采用锚网索耦合的方法对回采巷道进行支护是合理可行的。
For the intuitive understanding of the mining face advance support section of the stress distribution and stress distribution of adjacent mining face,the supporting program of roadwaypreliminary support design,made four kinds of support scheme,the application of large-scale finite difference software for different FLAC3D program analysis,by comparative analysis of calculation results,the three supporting programs to optimize the results showed that: face a fixed tilt direction of the extent of support pressure is generally 15~30 m,a few can reach 35~40 m,bearing pressure peak location away from the coal wall is generally 15~20 m,the stress factor of 2 to 3 higher,with anchor mesh-coupling method for supporting of roadway is reasonable and feasible.
