苄嘧磺隆对斑马鱼胚胎发育的毒性效应 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究苄嘧磺隆对斑马鱼胚胎发育的毒性效应。方法采用水浴染毒法,将受精后2h内的斑马鱼卵分别暴露于浓度为204、0、60、80、100及120 mg.L-1的苄嘧磺隆作为6个染毒组,同时设置0 mg.L-1为对照组。通过统计累积死亡率、孵化率、发育畸形及丙二醛(MDA)含量等评价指标研究苄嘧磺隆对斑马鱼的胚胎发育毒性。结果苄嘧磺隆的浓度≥100 mg.L-1时对斑马鱼胚胎发育有明显抑制作用,且观察到了斑马鱼幼鱼脊柱弯曲、心包囊水肿、连体等畸形现象。苄嘧磺隆的浓度≥80 mg.L-1时,斑马鱼的胚胎孵化率显著降低。苄嘧磺隆的浓度≥60mg.L-1时,斑马鱼胚胎致死率明显升高。108 hpf时,斑马鱼幼鱼体内MDA含量随着染毒浓度的升高而增加,且呈现一定的剂量效应关系。结论苄嘧磺隆对斑马鱼早期生命发育阶段有一定的抑制效应。 Objective To determine the developmental toxicity of Bensulfuron-methyl on zebrafish embryo. Methods The fertilized eggs of zebrafish were exposed to seven different concentrations of Bensulfuron-methyl (0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mg· L- 1 ). Embryo development, cumulative mortality rate, hatching ratio of zebrafish were observed under inverted microscope. Results The results indicated that spinal flectional abnormalities, perieardial edema and conjunction of larvae bodies were found in exposing to the concentration at 100mg·L-1and 120 mg·L-1 respectively. The exposure concentrations of Bensulfuron-methyl that had significant negative effect of death and hatching on zebra_fish embryo were 80mg·L-1and 60 mg· L-1 respectively. After being exposed to Bensulfuron-methyl for 108 hours, the content of MDA detected in larvae appeared as dose-dependent manner. Conclusions Bensulfuron-methyl has certain inhibitory effect on the embryonic development of zebrafish.
