摘要
随着服务经济的兴起,服务创新已成为企业获取竞争优势的重要来源。作为服务科学研究的基本目标,服务创新过程本质上是服务系统间通过能力交换和相互作用而实现的知识传递和信息转移过程,服务系统间的知识共享影响服务创新。运用博弈论原理构建了服务创新中的知识共享博弈模型并进行了演化路径分析,得出了服务创新中的知识共享水平与奖惩力度、合作次数和协同系数均呈正相关关系的结论。
With the rise of the service economy, service innovation has become an important source of business competitive advantage. As the basic goal of scientific research, service innovation is essentially a process through capability exchange and interaction to achieve knowledge and information transfer, and the degree of knowledge sharing among service systems influences the service innovation. This article uses the game theory to set up a game model that the knowledge sharing in service innovation and studies its evolutionary path. The analysis indicates that the level of knowledge sharing has positive correlations with the extent of rewards and penalties, the numbers of cooperation and the coordination coefficient during the service innovation.
