本文通过对晶体生长过程中热传输的研究,详细介绍辐射,传导和对流。仔细分析了晶体生长时的传热过程对晶体生长速度,晶体直径和生长界面形状等有着决定性的影响。
Through the research of heat transport in the process of crystal growth,this paper introduces radiation,conduction and convection in detail,and analyzes decisive influence of the process of heat transport on crystal growth speed,crystal diameter and interfacial shape of crystal growth etc.
