摘要
目的:密切护患关系,了解病情信息,减轻患者对手术的恐惧感,降低手术风险。方法:手术室护士术前访谈病人,了解患者基本病情,消除医患之间的陌生感,对手术相关内容进行讲解,教会患者手术配合的方法。结果:降低了患者对手术的忧虑与恐惧感,术中积极配合,缩短了手术时间,无手术意外发生。
Purpose： To develop the close relationship between nurse and patient,understand the patient information,reduce patients＇ fear sense to surgery and reduce surgical risks.Methods： The nurses visit the patients before surgery to understand the basic condition of patients,eliminate the strange sense between doctor and patient,explain the operation-related content,and instruct the method to coordinate the operation to patients.Result： The patients＇ anxiety and fear to surgery is reduced,the patients actively coordinated the operation,the duration of operation is shortened,and there is no accident.
