摘要
近年来我国科技投入大幅增长,产出却增长缓慢,科技投入与产出绩效的关系问题一直备受关注。本文首次建立科技投入潜变量,运用结构方程模型分析测算了西安高新区2900多家企业的科技投入与产出绩效关系,分析了其影响因素。研究表明,科技投入对企业产出绩效起着积极的作用,其中科技活动人员数量作用最为显著,其次为人均工资,科技活动经费支出影响最小。企业的产出效益也受注册资本规模、企业性质的影响。虽然注册资本规模对企业产出效益产生积极影响,但影响程度仅超过科技活动经费支出;而国有企业和高新技术企业则明显存在产出绩效较低的现象。
China increasingly invested in science and technology during recent years, while outputs did not grow in a corresponding rate. So the relationship between S&T inputs and outputs always attracts scholars' attention. This paper creates a latent variable for the first time, and analyzes the relationship between S&T inputs and outputs of 2900 finns in Xi' an High-tech Zone using SEM. The results show that there is a positive influence of S&T inputs on outputs; Among them, number of S&T personnel has the greatest effects on output performance, following human capital, and expenditure of S&T investment. Finns' output performance is also influenced by registered capital and types of firm.
