电渣净化对ZL205A力学性能的影响

摘要 利用万能力学试验机测量了经电渣净化后的ZL205A的抗拉强度和伸长率。结果发现,经电渣净化后的ZL205A的抗拉强度和伸长率大幅下降。利用直读光谱仪分析净化后试样的成分,发现净化后的ZL205A中Ti含量减少近48%。通过在净化后的铝熔体中补加Al-Ti中间合金,测量试样的力学性能,发现其抗拉强度为486.29MPa,和净化前的相当,但伸长率为11%,比净化前提高了100%。 Tensile strength and elongation of ZL205A purified by electro slag were measured with universal mechanical testing machine.The results show that tensile strength and elongation of ZL205A after purification are decreased greatly.The chemical composition of the sample purified was analyzed by direct-reading spectrometer.The results indicate that Ti content is decreased by approximately 48% in purified ZL205A.Through adding Al-Ti master alloy in purified aluminum melt,tensile strength reaches up to 486.29MPa,which is equal to that of the alloy before purification treatment,and elongation is 11%,increased by 100%.
