摘要 以2008级临床、口腔和检验医学本科专业共354份医学统计学试卷为研究对象,对试题的难度、区分度以及试卷的信度进行了分析,并评价了不同专业学生知识的掌握情况。结果显示,试卷的难度、区分度适宜,考试结果可信。各专业学生对于医学统计学基础知识部分掌握情况良好,但是在个别章节的得分率以及对难题的解答能力上存在专业间的差异。调查的结果提示,在医学统计学教学活动中,需要了解授课对象的特点并开展有针对性的教学,从而保障教学效果,提高教学质量。 To evaluate the medical statistics knowledge level of students of 2008 who belong to clinical medicine, stomatology and laboratory medicine respectively, the difficulty, discrimination and reliability of exam questions were analyzed by investigating total 354 medical statistics test papers. The results indicated that the difficulty and discrimination of test papers were moderate, and exam results were reliable. The students from different majors could master the basic knowledge of medical statistics ; however, scoring rates of individual chapters and ability to answer the difficult questions were distinguished by different majors. The study suggested that for improving the teaching quality, It knows well the characteristics of students in the course and plan individual teaching methods in the medical statistics education activities.
