压榨性面神经损伤模型在电针机理研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:面神经的损伤会引起面部表情肌瘫痪和心理障碍,给患者的生活和社交带来巨大的痛苦。电针治疗面神经损伤及其相关机理研究一直是针灸研究者关注的重要课题。文章从实验研究的基础环节——压榨性面神经损伤模型的制作和评估入手,探讨科学建立和客观评估动物模型对电针机理研究的重要价值和意义,以期为更为深入的机制研究奠定坚实的实验基础。方法:将80~85日龄日本大耳白兔面神经用特制止血钳压榨5min,损伤长度约2cm,造成面神经损伤模型,分别于面神经损伤后5天、10天、15天5、周运用电镜组织学观察和形态学定量分析。结果:面神经损伤后5天发生沃勒变性,10~15天后脱髓鞘情况逐步减轻5,周后模型基本自愈。结论:对动物模型各病理阶段的完整描述,包括从发病、恢复直至自愈,以及科学客观的模型评估方法是客观评价电针疗效的基础。 Objective:Facial nerve injury can cause paralysis of facial muscles and psychological barriers to the patien's life and enormous social suffering. Acupuncture treatment of facial nerve injury and its related mechanism of acupuncture researchers are important topic of concerns. On the basis of the link of the experiment crushing of the facial nerve injury model production and assessment the paper discusses the scientific establishment and objective assessment of animal models of the important mechanism of EA value and significance to the mechanism for the more in - depth research to lay a solid experimental basis. Methods : The 80 -85 days old Japanese white rabbits with a special clamp facial nerve crush 5min,injury length is about 2cm,causing facial nerve injury model ,respectively ,after facial nerve injury in 5d, 10d, 15d ,5 weeks using histological and electron microscopy morphological quantitative analysis. Results:Facial nerve injury occurred after 5 days after Waller degeneration , 10 - 15d demyelinating condition gradually reduced after 5 weeks of basic self - healing model. Conclusion: The complete description of pathological stage of animal model, including the onset, recovery until the self - healing, as well as scientific and objective method of model evaluation is an objective basis for evaluating the efficacy of acupuncture.
