摘要
采用还原黄G、还原海军蓝R和还原红6B对汉麻织物进行悬浮体轧染(薄膜法)试验。探讨了染料质量浓度、保险粉质量浓度、NaOH质量浓度、烘箱温度和时间对染色效果的影响。还原黄G和还原红6B的优化染色工艺为:染料45 g/L,保险粉均为10 g/L,NaOH分别为8 g/L和10 g/L,烘箱温度110℃和140℃,汽蒸时间2 min和2.5 min;还原海军蓝R的优化工艺条件为:染料90 g/L,保险粉20 g/L,NaOH 8 g/L,烘箱温度100℃,汽蒸时间2 min。汉麻织物采用还原染料悬浮体轧染工艺的各项染色牢度均很好。
C. I. Vat yellow G, navy blue R and red 6B are applied to suspension pad dyeing ( film method) of hemp fabric respectively. Influences of dye concentration, sodium hydrosulfite concentration,caustic soda concentration,oven temperature and steaming time on dyeing results are investigated. The optimum dyeing process is determined as follows: C. I. Vat yellow G 45 g/L, sodium hydrosulfite 10 g/ L, caustic soda 8 g/L,oven temperature 110 ℃, steaming for 2 min; C. I. Vat red 6B 45 g/L,sodium hydrosulfite 10 g/L,caustic soda 10 g/L,oven temperature 140 ℃,steaming for 2.5 min; C. I. Vat navy blue R 90 g/L,sodium hydrosulfite 20 g/L, caustic soda 8 g/L, oven temperature 100 ℃;,steaming for 2 min. The hemp dyeings with above process feature good color fastness.
