摘要 目的:探讨Neuropilin-1(NRP-1)mRNA在繁殖适龄期小鼠动情周期间以及不同周龄阶段小鼠卵巢中的表达。方法:选用繁殖适龄期不同动情周期小鼠以及不同周龄阶段小鼠,通过实时定量聚合酶链反应检测其卵巢中NRP-1 mRNA的表达。结果:NRP-1在小鼠不同动情周期卵巢中的表达在mRNA水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。比较其mRNA在不同周龄阶段小鼠卵巢的中表达显示,近绝育期32周组表达水平显著高于其他组:为3周组的2.94倍(P<0.01),6周组的4.92倍(P<0.01),11周组的2.29倍(P<0.01)。而其他各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:NRP-1 mRNA在小鼠卵巢中的表达不随动情周期而改变,且随着卵巢生理功能的下降而显著升高,提示NRP-1与卵巢衰老进程有关。 Objective To explore the expression of neuropilin-1 (NRP-1) mRNA in mouse ovaries during estrous cycle and different age stages. Method Real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of NRP-1 mRNA in mouse ovaries during estrous cycle and different age stages. Results There was no difference of NRP-1 expression in ovary among estrous cycles(P 〉 0.05 ). However, there were significant differences among the different age stages. The NRP-1 mRNA in ovary in penuriously functional stage (32 weeks)was significantly higher than that in other stages, which was 2.94 times in 3 weeks (P 〈 0.01 ), 4.92 times in 6 weeks (P 〈 0.01), and 2.29 times in 11 weeks (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The level of NRP-1 mRNA in mouse ovary didnJt change among the estrous cycles, while it significantly increase when ovarian function decrease, which indicate that NRP-1 play an important role in the process of ovarian aging.
