摘要
通过网络调研及访谈调研等方式,对部分试点高校实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"一年多以来的进展进行调研,从学校层面看:实施"卓越计划"启动快速,进展顺利;从行业企业层面看:新机制已经启动运行;从政府层面看:正在制定和完善相关政策。然而也还存在一些问题,对高等工程教育实施"卓越计划"认识不一致,"卓越计划"要真正干起来还存在一定的难度,建设一支高水平的师资队伍还不能一蹴而就,教学理念的更新还需要一个艰难的过程。在调研的基础上提出,要把握好宣传发动,加大政策支持,加强师资队伍建设,扩大对外开放等几个关键环节,切实提高工程技术人才水平和素质。
Research on the progress made by the ＂Plan for Producing Excellent Engineers＂ some experimental institutions over the last year in carrying out is conducted through Internet investigation, interviews and some other methods. And here are some results： from the perspective of the institutions, the plan has been carried out fast and smoothly ; from the perspective of the enterprises, a new system has been initiated and operated ;from the perspective of the government, related policies are being made and perfected. However, there still exist some problems： divided opinions on the ＂Excellent Engineers Plan＂ in higher engineering education, difficulties in fulfilling the Plan and innovating teaching concepts, impossibility for constructing a competent teaching staff once for all, etc. It is proposed on the basis of our research that the Plan should be better publicized, policy support further strengthened, the ranks of teachers improved, and the open policy reinforced so as to improve the quality of engineering technical personnel.
