关于实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的思考 被引量:91

摘要 "卓越工程师教育培养计划"是一个新生事物,因此,需要从理论上明晰以下问题:卓越是什么意思,事实上,"卓越计划"的"卓越"是相对概念,强调各种类型的工程师都可以追求卓越,都可以很优秀,强调追求卓越的精神和态度。保证达成卓越应主要做好5个方面的工作,一是创立高校与行业企业联合培养人才的新机制,二是创新工程教育的人才培养模式,三是建设高水平工程教育教师队伍,四是扩大工程教育的对外开放,五是制定"卓越计划"人才培养标准。参与"卓越计划"的学生毕业后尚不是完全意义上的工程师,只是工程师的"毛坯"。如何落实一年企业实习时间,根据不同层次要有不同的考虑。"卓越计划"最核心的内容是要改变高等工程人才培养计划。 The" Plan for Producing Excellent Engineers" is a new thing. Therefore, the following issue should be clarified: what is the meaning of "excellent". In fact, "excellent" is a relative concept, which means that various kinds of engineers can go after excellence and stresses the spirit of pursuing excellence and the attitude towards it. In order to achieve the aim, five tasks should be performed: first, a new mechanism of cooperation between universities and enterprises should be established to produce qualified personnel; secondly, the mode for producing engineers should be innovated; thirdly, high-level teachers should be prepared for engineering education; fourthly, engineering education should be further opened to the outside world; and last the standards for excellent engineers should be devised. As those who have been educated in the Plan are not engineers in the full sense and they are only the primary products of the Plan, various needs should be taken into consideration in the one-year internship after the Plan. What is the most important for the Plan is to reform the advanced engineer training program.
