免疫营养在危重症患者中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 随着人们认识到营养不良时会出现免疫系统功能的紊乱,免疫营养的概念被提出。Gottschlich等于1990年在烧伤患者饮食中添加免疫营养素,结果表明能减少创口感染率和缩短住院时间。自此,免疫营养成为一种治疗手段。随后,针对危重症患者的大量临床研究显示,免疫营养素能减少感染并发症,缩短机械通气时间,
