摘要
基于光电技术和数字电子技术是测控领域的关键技术。针对组合式旋转开关设计,提出切实可行的旋转式光电开关方案,对二进制编码和格雷码分析,优化了编码盘结构;根据低转速要求设计了简单的二进制编码码盘;基于数字电子技术实现了组合光电编码器的总线控制,为组合式旋转编码器设计应用提供重要的参考范例。
The photoelectric technology and digital electronic technology is one of key approaches for the field of measurement and control. In order to realize the combined rotary switch design, presents a feasible approach for rotary photoelectric switch, analyzes and optimizes coding plate structure depended on binary code and gray yards; Design the simple binary coder depending on the low speed requirement. And achieve the bus control of combination of photoelectric encode. This work provides an important reference for the design and application of rotary encoder.
