摘要
尼龙66(聚己二酰己二胺,工业简称PA66)生产工艺复杂,是以苯为主要原料,经过一系列的化学反应,最后生成尼龙66。通过对尼龙66连续聚合和间歇式聚合反应的工艺流程、设备、工艺管理及产品进行综合比较,探究工艺生产流程的科学性与实用性,确保安全长周期运转。
Nylon 66 ( polyvinyl two acyl hexamethylenediamine,PA66) production process is very complex,which is with benzene as the main raw material, nylon 66 was produced through a series of chemical reactions.Through comprehensive- ly comparing the process, equipments, process management and product of nylon 66 continuous polymerization reaction, to explore the scientific nature and practicality of production process,and ensure safe and long period running.
