某综合性医院人力资源配置的现状分析及对策 被引量:13

摘要 [目的]了解某综合性医院人力资源现状,为人力资源规划提出合理化建议和措施。[方法]调取该院人力资源管理系统的数据库,通过分类、筛选、汇总,对统计数据进行分析。[结果]该院病床与工作人员之比为1∶1.62,病床与卫技人员之比为1∶1.24,专业技术人员占职工总数的82.78%,管理人员占职工总数为8.65%,工勤人员占职工总数的14.97%。[结论]该院药、检、放及其他卫技人员严重不足,中青年高层次领军人才不足,人岗匹配的管理人员相对不足。 Objectives To know the status quo of human resources in a hospital for providing rationalization proposal and measure for hospital human resource planning. Methods Analysze data from the hospital's human resources system database with the method of classifying, screen and aggregation. Results The ratio of patients bed and staff is 1:1.62; ratio of patients bed and health technicians is 1:1.24, professional technicists occupied 82.78% of all staff members, the administrative staffs occupied 8.65% and labor personnel occupied 14.97% of all staff members. Conclusions The medical technicians including pharmacist, clinical laboratory technician and medical radiation technician are seriously shortage as well as the high-level academic leaders of young and middle-aged talents. The administrative staffs of people kong match is shortage too.
