摘要
以HO(CH2CH2O)20(CH2CH2(CH3)O)70(CH2CH2O)20H三嵌段共聚物、2,2,4-三甲基戊烷和四甲氧基硅烷为主要原料合成了空心球状介孔硅基材料(MS);利用MS负载甲基铝氧烷和茂金属双(正丁基环戊二烯基)二氯化锆制备了催化剂MS-Bu;采用XRD、TEM、SEM、EDS、ICP和N2吸附-脱附等方法对试样进行了表征,并评价了MS-Bu催化乙烯聚合时的活性。表征结果显示,MS和MS-Bu呈空心球状,其晶体结构均为六方对称晶系;MS和MS-Bu的N2吸附-脱附等温线均为Ⅳ型,孔分布窄且均匀。活性评价结果表明,MS-Bu催化乙烯均聚、乙烯与1-己烯共聚时的活性很高,分别为6 122,5 998 g/g。
A hollow spherical mesoporous silica material(MS) was synthesized from HO(CH2CH2O)20(CH2CH2(CH3)O)70(CH2CH2O)20H, 2, 2, 4-trimethylpentane and tetramethoxysilane, and then the catalyst MS-Bu was prepared by supporting metallocene bis(n-butylcyclopentadienyl) zirconium dichloride and methylaluminoxane onto the synthesized material. The catalyst activity in ethylene polymerization was evaluated. MS-Bu and MS were characterized by means of XRD, TEM, SEM, EDS, ICP and N2 adsorption-desorption. SEM and XRD results showed that both MS-Bu and MS were in hollow spherical shape with symmetric hexagonal crystal. N2 adsorption-desorption results indicated that both MS-Bu and MS had 1V physisorption isotherms and their pore distributions were narrow and uniform. The experimental results showed that the activities of MS-Bu in ethylene homo-polymerization and co-polymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene were high, which were 6 122 and 5 998 g/g respectively.
