摘要
介绍了电流模式开关电源的原理和特点。针对电流模式下会引起振荡的现象,分析了系统不稳定的原因,论述了占空比、电感平均电流与系统不稳定之间的关系。并论述了通过斜率补偿解决系统振荡的基本原理。设计了一款基于max16834驱动芯片的高边降压型电路,给出了斜率补偿设计实例。实验结果表明,斜率补偿增强了系统的抗干扰性并提高了系统的稳定性。
The principles and features of switching power supply in the current mode control is introduced. According to the oscillation phenomena caused by current mode, the causes of system instability is analyzed. The relationship of the duty cycle and inductor average current with system instability is discussed. The daaic principle of solving the system oscillation by the slop compensation is described. A highside BUCK circuit based on the driving chip MAX16834 was designed. An example of slop compensation design is offered. The experimental result shows that the method can improve the system stability and enhance the anti-interference capacity.
