摘要
文章将多层微波数字复合基板技术和宽禁带功率放大器同时应用于收发组件的设计,突破了传统收发组件效率低的弊端,提高了能源的利用效率,同时大大缩小了收发组件的体积,降低了质量。对该收发组件进行了测试,其发射功率大于10W,末级功放的漏极效率大于65%,对提高相控阵雷达的效率、降低能耗和缩小体积等具有重要意义。
This paper presents a design of T/R module by integrating the technique of digit and microwaves multiple substrate and the power amplifier(PA) of wide band-gap.The design overcomes the deficiency of low efficiency of the traditional T/R module,improves the resource utilization,and minimizes the size and weight of T/R module.The measurement results of the T/R module show that its transmission power is over 10 W,and its PAE is up to 65%.The presented T/R module is valuable for improving the efficiency of phased array radar,reducing the energy consumption and minimizing the size.
