摘要
将大型建设工程项目专业团队的知识划分为个体知识、实践社群知识和专业团队知识,在传统的SECI模型基础上,着重分析了专业团队内部知识的转化机制,并以此构建了大型建设工程项目专业团队知识学习的多重SECI模型,以揭示专业团队知识学习本质,为促进其团队知识学习提供参考。
The knowledge of large-scale construction projects professional team can be divided into individual knowledge, practice community knowledge and professional, team knowledge. On the basis of traditional SECI model, this article focuses on the analyses of the knowledge transformation mechanism within professional team, and constructs the multiple SECI model of large-scale construction projects professional team learning with the aim to reveal the learning essence of professional team and provide references for promoting its learning.
