摘要 目的探讨益气活血中药加三氧对提高鼻咽癌放疗敏感性的作用。方法治疗组20例患者适形放疗的同时,结合三氧及中药治疗;对照组适形放疗结合常规用药护理。观察患者的精神、疲倦、睡眠、放疗后的毒副反应以及治疗前后的影像学检查。结果两组比较,对照组毒副反应明显高于治疗组;在精神、疲倦、睡眠改善方面,治疗组明显好于对照组;中药结合三氧对改善患者的睡眠状况有帮助,治疗组有效率为95%。结论中医结合三氧技术在NPC放射治疗中的应用,为放疗期间降低乏氧细胞对放射线的抗拒、减轻毒副作用、改善睡眠、提高治愈率等,提供了重要帮助。 Objective To discuss the effect of using traditional chinese medicine yiqihuoxue combining trioxygen and ozone in enhancing the sensibility towards radiotherapy in treating nasopharyngeal cancer. Methods Apply trioxygen and Ozone to the 20 patients when doing the conformal radiotherapy ; the control group was under routine medication. Observe the patients' mind, fatigue, sleep and adver reaction after radiotherapy as well as the imaging examination during the treatment. Results The adverse reactions of the control groups were severe than the group under treatment ; in terms of improving the problems of mind, fatigue and sleep, the treatment group also expereineed a better effect; Traditional Chinese Medicine combining trioxygen and Ozone improve the sleep of the patients, the effectiveness was 95%. Conclusion The application of traditional chinese medicine combining trioxygen and ozonein in NPC radiotherapy is effective in eliminating the resistance of hypoxic cells to radiation, reducing the adverse reaction, improving the sleeping quality and enhancing the cure rate.
