摘要
主要论述如何通过控制器、LabVIEW及NI相关硬件设备搭建能够应用在数控机床行业的多功能数据采集系统。该系统具有实现简单、界面友好、功能齐全、安全可靠等优点,可以广泛应用到各种类型的数控机床上。通过数据采集及处理,对机床各方面性能进行诊断分析,有利于提高数控机床的整体性能,应用前景广阔。
This paper discusses how to design multifunction data acquisition system which is used on CNC machine tools based on controller,LabVIEW and related hardware of NI.This system is simple,user-friendly interface,functional,safe and reliable.It can be widely used on types of CNC machine tools.Through data acquisition and processing,it gives the performance of various aspects of machine diagnosis,and helps to improve the overall performance of CNC machine tools.The future of this system is bright and broad.
