摘要
在深入研究西门子840D控制系统结构与控制原理的基础上,结合机床运动学和自动控制理论,总结出一套西门子840D伺服参数优化方法,并重点介绍了在伺服参数优化过程中常见问题及解决方案。针对伺服参数优化技术,在西门子840D数控系统试验台和数控机床上进行试验,效果良好。
Based on the further research on its control system structure and principle,combined with machine tool kinematics and automatic control theory,this paper summarizes an optimization method of SIEMENS 840D servo parameters,mainly presents common problems and its solutions in servo parameters optimization process.This servo parameters optimization technology has been tested by SIEMENS 840D CNC control test bench and NC machine tool.The results achieves good effect.
