白子菜不同器官营养与药用成分的测定与分析 被引量:3

摘要 对白子菜(Gynura divaricata(L.)DC)不同器官根、茎、叶中的矿质元素、氨基酸、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、含水量、还原性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C、总黄酮,槲皮素和绿原酸等成分含量进行了测定与分析。研究结果表明,白子菜中含有人体所必需的9种氨基酸和11种矿质元素,其叶片中含有丰富的VC,含量达到2 522.7μg/g,总黄酮达到86.78 mg/g,槲皮素为43.34 mg/g,绿原酸为6.04 mg/g。与同属的紫背天葵(Gynura bicolor DC)相比,白子菜叶中氨基酸含量如苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸等普遍偏高;其叶片中矿质元素Zn、Mg等含量也远远高于紫背天葵。 In this research the contents of several components, such as mineral elements, amino acids, chlorophyll, carotenoid, water, reducing sugar, soluble protein, vitamin C, total flavonoids, quercetin and chlorogenic acid were measured and analyzed in the different organs of G. divaricata (L.). The results showed that it contained 9 kinds of amino acids and 11 kinds of mineral elements, which were all essential for human beings. In the leaves, the content of vitamin C was 2 522.7 μg/g, with the total flavonoids of 86.78 mg/g, the quercetin of 43.34 mg/g and the chlorogenic acids of 6.04 mg/g. Compared to G. bicolor DC, its content of amino acids in the leaves was higher, such as threonine, serine, glutamic acid, and so did the content of mineral elements, such as Zn and Mg. These findings will lay the foundations for the further understanding of nutrition, health care, medicinal value, and its comprehensive development and utilization of G. divaricata (L.).
