摘要
针对粉煤灰湿法脱炭尾浆进行不同种类和剂量絮凝剂静态絮凝沉降试验,在试验的基础上,对微细粒物料絮凝机理进行分析,探寻最佳工艺。通过对高压浓缩原理及高压浓缩机应用实践的探讨,为粉煤灰尾泥类型物料浓缩实现底流质量分数为45%-50%,溢流水水质固含量在300×10^-6,降低工程投资,提高回水利用率探寻最佳途径。
Based on the flocculating and settling experiment of fly ash railings with different types and doses, combining flocculation mechanism of micro-fine materials flocculating theory, to find the best process. After discussion of high-pressure principle and engineering applications of high-pressure thickener, we find the best way to achieve underflow concentration compression 45%-50%, overflow water contain solids less than 300×10^-6, reduce engineering investment, improve the efficiency of water recycling such as fly ash railings thickening.
