摘要
目的 探讨椎体轻度滑脱合并腰椎间盘突出症患者胶原酶化学溶解术的可行性及治疗效果.方法 椎体轻度滑脱合并腰椎间盘突出症患者11例,在C型臂引导下,经小关节内侧缘或椎间孔安全三角区行突出物内、外胶原酶注射.结果 采用MacNab疗效评定标准,经过6个月～5年的观察,优3例良6例差2例.结论 椎体轻度滑脱伴腰椎间盘突出症患者中以突出为主要症状者,采用突出物内、外胶原酶注射,同样可取得安全、显著的效果.
Objective To investigate the feasibility and therapeutic effect of collagenase to treat patients with mild spondylolisthesis with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Eleven patients with mild spondylolisthesis with vertebral disc herniation were selected. Guided by C-arm, collagenase were injected in or out the protrusion via the inner margin of small joint or intervertebral foramen tri- angle. Result After six months to five years of observation, there were excellent effect in 3 cases, good in 6 cases and poor in 2 case by the MacNab efficacy evaluation standards. Conclusion Collage- nase iniection is a safe and satisfactory method for treatment of mild spondylolisthesis with lumbar disc herniation in the patients whose primary symptom is owning to the protrusion.
