摘要
采用微波加热法,以制药厂污泥为原料,氯化锌为活化剂制备污泥活性炭.结果表明,微波功率、辐照时间和氯化锌浓度对污泥活性炭吸附性能具有较大的影响.制备污泥吸附剂的适宜条件为:干污泥与CuSO4质量比为20∶1,ZnCl2浓度为4 mol/L,微波功率为464W,辐照时间为5min.利用该活性炭处理制药废水,脱色率和COD去除率分别达到90.2%和91.6%.
Sludge-based activated carbon was made from pharmaceutical plant sludge by microwave heating.Zinc chloride(ZnCl2) was used as an activating agent during the pyrolytic process.The results show that the microwave power,irradiation time and the concentration of ZnCl2 had larger influences on the adsorption performance of the sludge-based activated carbon.The optimum absorbent manufacture process are based on the following conditions:the weight ratio of dry sewage sludge to CuSO4 is 20∶1,the concentration of ZnCl2 is 4 mol/L,the microwave power is 464W,and the radiation time is 5 mins.The wastewater of pharmaceutical plant adsorption test indicated that the sludge-based activated carbon had a notable adsorption capacity for Color and CODCr.The decolorization rate and the CODCr removal rate of the wastewater were 90.2 % and 91.6 % respectively.
