褪黑素及其受体与大鼠神经干细胞增殖的关系

摘要 目的:探讨褪黑素及其受体亚型与大鼠海马齿状回神经干细胞增殖的关系。方法:将大鼠随机分为5组,各组分别作不同处理,应用水迷宫、免疫组化,观察大鼠空间学习记忆、细胞增殖情况。结果:第五组表现优于第四组,且与第一、三组相近。结论:褪黑素可能通过MT1受体改善空间学习记忆和神经干细胞增殖水平。
