摘要
医院后勤管理是医院管理的重要组成部分。医院后勤管理作为医院的保障和支持系统,在协助完成医疗、教学和科研任务中占有非常重要的地位。随着"新医改"大潮的推行,公立医院的生存发展问题已经越来越紧迫地摆在我们面前。医院后勤管理效率直接关系到整个医院的发展水平,直接影响医院的医疗质量和经济效益。因此,如何提高医院后勤管理水平,是摆在所有医院管理者面前的一项重要课题。
hospital logistics management is an important part of hospital management.Hospital logistics management and support as the hospital＇ s security system,assist with medical care,teaching and research tasks,occupies a very important position.With the ＂new medical reform＂,the implementation of the tide,survival and development of public hospitals has become increasingly urgent question before us.Hospital logistics management efficiency is directly related to the level of development throughout the hospital,directly affect the quality of the hospital＇ s medical and economic benefits.Therefore,how to improve the hospital logistics management,is placed in front of all hospital managers is an important issue.
