摘要
Mg^(2+)螯合酶H亚基(CHLH)是一种ABA特异性结合蛋白。为进一步研究ABA结合蛋白在抗逆性方面的作用,利用GenBank数据库中草莓Mg2+螯合酶H亚基基因CHLH的cDNA序列(登录号为HQ829473)信息,采用同源克隆法从3种不同草莓品种栽培八倍体‘红颜’草莓、野生二倍体森林草莓和野生二倍体五叶草莓叶片中克隆获得了CHLH基因DNA序列。基因结构分析表明,CHLH包含有个5个外显子和4个内含子,4个内含子的变化范围为109~486bp,其中五叶草莓的第2个和第4个内含子序列上不同于另外2种。内含子参与基因表达调节,说明五叶草莓可能在内含子调控作用上有不同之处。
Mg^2+ chelatase H subunit (CHLFI) is an ABA specific binding protein. To study the role in the resistance of abscisic acid binding protein further, use the cDNA sequence information (accession No. HQ829473) of Mg^2+chelatase H subunit CHLH of FragriaX ananassa in the GenBank databas, and get DNA sequence of CHLHwith homology-based cloning method from three different species Fragriaxananassa leaves. The analysis of gene structure showed that, CHLH contained five exons and four introns, four introns vary from 109-486 bp; and Fragaria pentaphylla Lozinsk was different from others in the first and fourth introns. Intron involved in regulation of gene expression, it said that Fragaria pentapbylla Lozinsk may have different function in regulation of intron.
