摘要
[目的]为党参种质资源研究以及新品种选育提供试验依据。[方法]利用苯酚-硫酸法测定各党参种质资源多糖含量,并以多糖含量评价各党参种质资源品质。[结果]原产地各种质资源多糖含量为19.27%~40.92%。不同种质多糖含量差异较为显著,来源于吉林抚松和敦化的种质多糖含量较低,甘肃文县种质多糖含量最高;而试验地(北京)党参多糖含量以吉林抚松种质含量最高,为43.53%;陕西凤县种质含量最低,为25.41%。来自山西的种质多糖含量均在35%以上,除甘肃文县外,均高于甘肃种质。[结论]来源于吉林抚松、陕西文县、山西平顺的党参种质多糖含量均在35%以上,较其他种质为优,可作为党参新品种选育的原始材料。
[Objective] To provide experimental foundation for studying the germplasm resources and breeding of new Codonopsis varieties.[Method] The phenol-sulfuric acid method was adopted for the determination of polysaccharide contents in Codonopsis germplasm resources.And then the quality of those resources was evaluated by their polysaccharide content.[Result] The range of polysaccharide content was 19.27%-40.92%.The polysaccharide contens in different germplasm resources were more significant,the contents in the germplasm resources from Fusong and Dunhua in Jinlin Province were lower,while that from Wen County in Gansu Province was the highest.But in Beijing testing ground,the polysaccharide contents in the germplasm from Fusong reached the highest level of 43.53%,and from Fengxian it was the lowest of 25-41%.The polysaccharide contents in the germplasm resources from Shanxi Province were all above 35%,and higher than those from Gansu Province except Wen County.[Conclusion] The polysaccharide contents in Codonopsis resources from Fusong of Jilin,Wen County of Shaanxi and Pingshun of Shanxi were all above 35%,which were better than other germplasm resources,therefore could be used for the breeding of new varieties.
