摘要
目的分析农村居民对各类医疗机构的评价情况,并在此基础上提出如何进一步完善农村医疗卫生服务体系,为提高农村居民的健康水平和生命质量提供决策依据。方法通过多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,选取山东省东、中、西部9县27乡81个村的2 310户家庭作为研究对象,采用自制问卷无记名调查的方式进行入户调查,最终选取有效样本2 276人。结果该区域农村居民对个体诊所、村卫生室、乡镇卫生院整体评价结果相似,对医务人员服务态度、就医环境评价较高,对医疗设施、药品使用、医疗水平评价较低;对县级医疗机构医疗水平、医疗设施评价较高,对药品使用、医务人员服务态度、就医环境评价较低;农村居民对各级医疗机构的药品使用评价均较低。结论农村居民对各类医疗机构的整体评价不高,农村医疗服务体系有待完善。
Objective To investigate rural residents′ evaluation of medical institutions,which are accessible to them,so as to provide scientific evidence for improving the rural health service system and health insurance system.Methods By using multi-stage stratified random sampling,subjects from 2,310 households in 81 villages of 27 towns from 9 counties located in eastern,central and western parts of Shandong Province were interviewed with specific questionnaires.2,276 effective questionnaires were obtained.Results For township hospitals,village clinics and private clinics,most rural residents involved in this investigation were less satisfied with the condition of health facilities and the professional level of the medical practitioners than practitioners′ serving attitudes and medical environment.By contrast,for county hospitals,most rural residents were more satisfied with medical facilities and professional levels of medical practitioners than serving attitudes and medical environment.It was notable that rural residents were not quite satisfied with medication use in all medical institutions.Conclusion Rural residents do not think highly of medical institutions.Rural health care and the health insurance system are expected to be improved.
