摘要
在广播电视大学向国家开放大学转型的过程中,社会和教师个体对远程教育教师的角色扮演存在更高的期待,而各方面资料显示,目前电大系统教师对自己的角色认知、角色扮演特点仍然存在模糊和冲突的现象,而远程教育教师的权力生态也需要进一步改善,因此,开放大学的教师角色需要合理定位。
From the perspective of the theory of conflicts,the theory of hermeneutics and the theory of role in sociology,the essay analyzes the role cognition,role playing,role gap,role conflict of the roles played by tutors in distance education and their power ecology during the transformation from Radio and TV Universities into Open University of China.Some advices concerning the reasonable role orientation of tutor and teacher management in Open University of China have been suggested.
