摘要
在电液比例放大器的实验教学中,利用SIEMENS S7-200系列PLC扩展外围模块作为硬件,并对其编程,设计控制比例放大器的设定值发生器,用于产生比例放大器的输入设定电压信号;利用Protel 99se EDA软件绘制比例放大器原理图,对PCB进行设计和加工,制作比例放大器;设计用于测试比例放大器控制性能的电液比例系统,利用FESTO试验台采集实验数据对所设计的比例放大器的综合性能进行测试。强调实际动手参与,使学生通过课程学习掌握了电液比例放大器的相关知识和实际设计过程。
In the experimental teaching of electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier, firstly, PLG extended pe- ripheral modules are taken as the hardware by using SIEMENS $7-200 series, and its programming is carried out, the set value generator of control proportional amplifier is designed, its main function is to generate an in- put set voltage signal for proportional amplifier. Secondly, the schematic diagram of proportional amplifier is drawn by using Protel 99SE EDA software, the PCB system is designed and the proportional amplifier is made. Finally, the electro-hydraulic proportional system used for testing the control performance of proportional am- plifier is designed, the comprehensive performance of designed proportional amplifier is tested by using FESTO test-bed to collect experimental data. It emphasizes the students" practical ability to understand the relative knowledge and actual design process of electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier.
