基于投影寻踪模型的装甲输送车发动机磨损监测

Monitoring of Engine Wear of Armored Personnel Carrier Based on Projection Pursuit Model

摘要 为分析某型装甲输送车发动机的磨损状态,针对油液监测中元素多、数据维数高的问题,应用投影寻踪法,对油液监测标准和监测样本进行分析,建立了投影寻踪模型,确定了投影特征值变化区域与磨损状态分类的对应关系,拟合了摩托小时和投影特征值的关系,实现了对监测样本的评价和对发动机状态的预测,为降低维修成本、实现装备预防性维修、提高战备完好率水平提供科学依据。 For analyzing the engine wear status of certain armored personnel carrier,and in view of the problem of multi-element and multi-dimensional data in oil monitoring,the projection pursuit method is applied to analyze the oil monitoring standards and samples.A projection pursuit model is set up to establish the corresponding relation between the change area of projection eigenvalue and wear status classification,and the relationship between motor hours and projection eigenvalue is synthesized,the monitoring samples evaluation and engine state predication are realized,which provides a scientific basis for cutting down maintenance cost,achieving equipment defensive maintenance,and improving combat preparation and armament readiness.
