摘要
对C.I.直接蓝199的老工艺进行了改进。使铜酞菁与氯磺酸的反应温度由原来的130℃升至140℃左右,之后与氯化亚砜的反应温度由60~65℃提高到80℃,而且滴加氯化亚砜的时间从2~2.5延长至4小时,同时氨解用的氨水用有机碱替代。新工艺解决了此染料用于墨水时在盐析前膜过滤困难的问题。
The Synthesis Process of C. I. Direct Blue 199 was improved. The reaction temperature of CuPc and chtorosulfonic acid was raised from 130℃ to 140 ℃, then the reaction temperature of the product with thionyl chloride was raised from 60 - 65 ℃ to 80 ℃ ; the dropping time of thionyl chloride was prolonged from 2 - 2. 5 hours to 4 hours; and ammonia was replaced by organic base in ammonolysis. By this new technology, the difficult problem in membrane filtration before salting out was resolved when the dye was applied in ink.
