摘要
以我国足球协会为例,在对足协性质界定的基础上,分析其处理联赛纠纷中存在的问题,并对制约协会处理联赛纠纷的因素展开探讨。通过对各国协会处理联赛纠纷经验的研究之后,构建了我国体育协会联赛纠纷的处置体系和配套机制。我国体育协会迫切需要从改革体制和健全机制方面着手,加强协会处理联赛纠纷的制度建设,以有效解决当前联赛中的众多问题。
Based on the case study of the Chinese Football Association, this paper analyzed the problems related to league disputes and restricting factors. In drawing upon experience from other countries, the disposal system of China Sports Association for the league disputes and relative mechanism was constructed. Under the current conditions, the Chinese Sports Association needs to build its own system and to perfect system to construct league dispute settlement in order to solve the existing problems.
