摘要
沁水煤层气田部分煤层气井出灰严重,煤粉不断沉积在口袋中很可能埋住生产管柱。目前现场主要采用捞砂和冲砂的方法清除井底堆积物,但是两种工艺都存在不同程度的缺点。研究的桥式无污染连续冲灰工艺克服了常规冲砂和捞砂工艺的缺点,可实现无污染连续冲灰作业,能有效清除现有煤层气井的口袋堆积物,为煤层气井解决捞砂问题提供了一种新的方法。
Large quantity of fine coal produced in part of CBM wells in Qinshui CBM field. Continuous deposit of coal dusts in the pocket may burry the production column. Currently the accumulated material at the well bottom is mainly removed by sand fishing or flushing at the site. However, both methods have their own short-comings. The studied bridge type continuous flushing technology has overcome the shortcomings of the conventional sand flushing and sand fishing methods. It can achieve pollution free continuous flushing of dusts, and can effectively remove the deposited material in the pocket of CBM well. It provides a new approach for resolving the problem of sand fishing in CBM well.
