摘要
近年来,随着人口老龄化加快和生活水平的提高,老年消费群体越来越受到人们的重视.由于具备充足的闲暇时间和较高的可支配收入,老年人旅游需求不断提升.因此对老年旅游者的实证研究,具有一定的理论和实践意义.以三亚市的老年旅游者为研究对象,对其旅游动机和旅游体验进行研究,运用调查问卷获取基本数据.通过描述性统计分析,了解旅游动机和旅游体验重视程度与表现程度各项目的具体分值和排列情况;运用因子分析,得出旅游动机"休闲放松"、"享受环境"、"养生健体"、"亲情社交"和"个人事务"5个旅游动机公因子;使用配对样本T检验和IPA方法,揭示出老年旅游者体验重视程度和表现程度间的差距,发现旅游体验项目中的"优势""、劣势""、机会"和"威胁";最后基于研究结论,提出对策和建议供政府和旅游企业参考.
With the rapidl aging of population and the improving of life level,elderly consumers have already got more and more public attention in recent years.The tourism demand of the aged people is enlarging because they have enough spare time and higher disposable personal income.Thus,performing empirical research on elderly travellers has some significance for theory research and practical development.This paper,taking the senior tourists in Sanya city as survey examples,explores the tourism motivation,the tourism experience,and uses the questionnaires to obtain basic data.Through descriptive statistical analysis,the study obtain the specific scores and sorting of tourism motivation,importance and performance of the tourism experience.Through factor analysis,the study acquires 5 common factor of tourism moti vation including＂leisure and relax＂,＂enjoying the environment＂,＂health and sports＂,＂family and social interaction＂,and＂private affair＂.The study introduces Paired-samples T Test and Importance Performance Analysis（IPA）to reveal the differences between emphasis on experience and performance,and puts forward strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in elderly tourism experience items.At last,according to the result of the research and the need of aged peo ple,the study points out some suggestions for the local government and the tourism enterprises.
