摘要
PLC(可编程控制器)作为工控系统的核心,成为工业自动化基础平台。触摸屏作为工业控制系统中的人机交互设备,以其简洁直观的运行界面,良好的可操作性,实时的数据处理能力,成为PLC的重要人机界面。以上两者相互结合,可以满足现代化生产设备的各种控制需求。北京昆仑通态自动化软件科技有限公司开发的MCGS是相当优秀的一款人机界面软件。文章结合亚龙YL-335B型自动生产线实训装置,阐述了MCGS的具体应用。
As the industrial core of the system,PLC（programmable controller） becomes the basic platform for industrial automation.As the human interface devices in the industrial control system,the touch screen has simple and intuitive operating interface,good operability and real-time data processing ability,it becomes an important human-machine interface of PLC,the above combination of both,to meet various control requirements modern production equipments.MCGS developed by Beijing Kunlun-state Automation Software Technology Co.,Ltd.,is a very good man-machine interface software.In this paper,by using of Yalong YL-335B automatic production line training devices,the application mechanism of MCGS is described.
