早产儿脑白质损伤MRI诊断及其神经发育结局 被引量:15

Brain damage in extremely low birth weight infants and the evaluation of their future nerve development

摘要 脑白质损伤(whitematterdamage,WMD)是指胎龄24~35周的早产未成熟儿,由于血管损伤或炎症反应等多种因素导致的大脑白质损伤。受累部分主要分布于脑室旁白质,包括深层脑白质的局灶坏死和中央脑白质的弥漫性病变。WMD是早产儿脑损伤的最常见形式,而脑室周围白质软化(periventricularleukomalacia,PVL)则为WMD的最严重表现。
