摘要
目的优选黄芩中黄芩苷的微波提取工艺。方法以黄芩苷含量为指标,采用正交实验法优选微波提取黄芩苷的最佳工艺。结果最佳提取条件为料液比为1∶15,乙醇体积分数为70%,提取时间5 min,提取温度90℃。结论采用微波技术提取黄芩中黄芩苷,具有提取时间短,提取效率高,可较好地用于黄芩苷的提取。
Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by microwave. Methods The content of baicalin was served as indicating index,and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. Results The optimal microwave condition was as follows:the feed-liquid rate was 1∶15;the ethanol concentration was 70%,the extraction time was 5 min and the extraction temperature was 90℃. Conclusion The extraction of baicalin from S.baicalensis by microwave is rapid and efficient.
