国际法视野下的传统医学及其对中医法律保护的启示 被引量：1

摘要 国际法视野下的传统医学是指不仅用以预防、诊断、改善或治疗身心疾患,而且指以不同文化所固有的理论、信仰及经验为基础的,用以维护健康的,无论是否具有可解释性的知识、技能及实践的总和,具有传统性、创新性和文化性等特征。传统医学在国际法上的属性对于正确的中医保护理念的树立和恰当的保护工具的选择具有启示性。
